DIY Shirt with elbow patches

Since elbow patches are very popular at the moment and even my fiance has a shirt with them, I don't wanted to be inferior.
The iron-on patches are available in well-stocked haberdashery departments.
Position and fix it with small needles, put the sleeves inside out and iron.

Now my simple fall-shirt has that certain something.
